I never knew a tote bag could be beautiful. They're always made to be utilitarian first and beautiful second. A tote is a tote, the most basic of bags, but this tote is beautiful! The photos don't do it justice.I'm referring to the cream/black/brown model with the shiny gold hardware. It all looks so good on the quilted creamy puffer fabric. I couldn't be more thrilled with how this looks as I was unsure of getting this model. It could just as easily have looked cheap, but all of that shiny, golden hardware gives it that extra pop that makes it look super classy. But it's a tote bag! The zippers move smoothly and easily. They've included an adjustable tan carry strap and a black cosmetic bag to coordinate. The handles look like leather but are made of a durable microfiber type fabric that won't crumble to pieces in a couple of years like a faux leather.On the inside, the bag is fully lined with a satiny beige nylon. It's got the same fancy hardware INSIDE the bag. One side has a foot-long, waterproof, silicone-lined zipper compartment deep enough to hold a wet swimsuit or two. The other side has a foot-long zipper compartment lined with nylon. You get three generous mesh compartments that run the full length of the bag.On the outside, you have on small zipper compartment that runs the width between the tote handles. I'm not sure why this pocket wasn't stitched down to the outside to give you another pocket behind it. As it is, it's just a floating pocket stitched down at the sides only, creating a loop instead of another pocket. I plan to go ahead and stitch it down by hand to give myself a pocket for slipping a cell phone into without having to open a zipper.The top corners have large D-rings for the carry strap where you can also clip your keys and other items with carabiners. They've added tabs with snaps at the corners allowing you to snap them down to the sides if the bag isn't stuffed full. This makes it look more like a fancy bag than a tote.The bottom has five gold feet to keep your bag from touching the surface where it sits. It's got a generous, satin-lined shoe compartment with padded sides and semi-hard bottom. When I say generous, I mean you could fit enough flip-flops for the entire family in this shoe compartment. You could just as easily fit a folded beach towel in there.I've been looking for a big bag to replace my boho, one-of-a-kind Hippy bag made of leather scraps, and I couldn't be happier with this one as the replacement. It has so much more to offer inside and out. You could take this anywhere. It's going to be my new do-all carry-all.Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review this lovely bag. It's my new favorite and another that will be hard to replace when the time comes.

This is my second Lovevook branded bag and I like it too. Now that I'm traveling more, I'm finding the benefit to separating shoes from the rest of my clothes and this bag does the trick. It's also amply sized to handle a weekend's worth of clothes. Also, I saw another reviewer mention the side "pocket" that's not a pocket and with that, it's because it's meant to go over your luggage handle. It works a treat and actually does have a little zipper pouch on it that might be good to store identification or something in. The material is lightweight and soft and the bicolor looks good too. Overall - I really like this bag a lot and would feel good about giving it as a gift as well.

This beautiful bag comes in several great color choices and is thoughtfully designed and carefully constructed. It looks luxe and high end and has so much room for packing whatever you need for a weekend. It comes with a separate cosmetic pouch that matches.This has many pockets for organizing and packing all your necessary items, and the hardware gleams and sets off the bag nicely (this has the same nice hardware inside the bag as well as outside. The zippers are sturdy and zip smoothly and easily, the handles are well sewn and the loops to add the shoulder strap are robust. The padded strap is adjustable and the bag also has a sleeve to slide over your luggage handle for easy movement through an airport.The bag has metal studs on the bottom to protect the bag from wear and keep it level. This bag is lightweight but sturdy, with a great look. It is easy to pack and organize and holds a lot without looking huge.I do wish that the company's tag/logo wasn't so large as I feel it detracts from the high end look of the bag, but I will probably remove it.Otherwise this is a beautiful bag with great functionality and fashion.

Bag is good quality, feels and looks more expensive than it is. The material is soft and you can fit a lot in the bag. I also like that it brings a smaller bag for cosmetics.

The shoulder strap is long for me, and its pad covers the area where you can adjust to shorten the strap. You can probably take the pad off and put it on the other side of the buckle, but I haven’t bothered to do that yet. The strap is still too long and shiny as it is, could use more grip.What I love about this bag is that it holds a lot without it making me look like a bag lady! Its puffiness makes it light.Cons: what looks like an open side pocket is actually a zipper pocket that’s, for some reason, loose and not zippered into the bag. Don’t slip things inside the opening, because it will fall out the other end. Really hard to describe, but you’ll see.The snap buttons on the side to tighten the bag so it’s shorter, just unsnap when you hoist the bag up. Not sure why those are there. I don’t really need them anyway.I like the gold-colored fixtures and the white logo, looks kind of sporty yet minimal and not too busy. I think it’s good value for money even though the straps could be more hardy and built for travel. What matters is that you can carry a lot and look cool, too, even when just traveling the NYC subways to another borough 🌉🏙️

I love this bag! It is a great bag for a quick weekend trip but is so roomy you could fit a whole weeks worth of clothes and items in it. It is well made and easy to clean. would make a great gift

Folds down nicely, taking overseas for extra packing...Great!
