Breaks up those knots!
My partner and I both suffer with a lot of muscular and fascial scar tissue. Frequent massage and/or physio therapy is more expensive and time consuming than we can manage, so I picked up this scraper set to help us manage our issues at home.In short, they are great. Some of them are easy to use solo, depending on the area you're working on, and some are better with another person to administer the pressure. "Scraper" sounds unduly harsh for what these are. The stainless steel glides easily on the skin, while maintaining enough resistance to get deep into the problem areas. The the shapes provide a lot of variety to reach any trouble spots.The case is a nice addition to keep the tools together. Unfortunately, mine has a broken snap, but I am so fond of the tools otherwise, I am still giving this tool set 5 stars.
