Good tape, had no reaction. Would use again. However, I found Rock Tape sticks better.

Proper helped my knee

Sprained my ankle in August and this provided much needed support. Easy to use and also did not cause an allergic reaction which another brand did. Good product.

I have found this tape really effective at providing extra support for my knees on long runs. Provided you follow the instructions, the tape stays in position for days - even after showering!

I use for my shoulders, I don't know yet if is OK, I just put it one day ago

One of the best tapes I’ve used.

I am not entirely certain how this tape works but it does - it provides relief and comfort from sports injuries and does aid in the healing process.

Very pleased with this item strong and waterproof. Not like some other tapes I have used.
