I am a bit disappointed in the Surface Pro 7 due to its sluggish keyboard and touchscreen response. The case I tried and bluetooth keyboard, both third party but well rated, were epic failures. The processor seems easily bogged down so I got rid of some apps that seem to be culprits. That said, the screen clarity is great and since I prefer MS 365 I am sure the computer will be of good use.

This surface is so far better and advanced than my last one surface pro 3 this is so fast and I couldn’t be happier worth every penny the only downside it doesn’t come with a key board I was able to use my old one from from old surface

My surface Pro seven arrived faster than expected, but the system hadn’t been completely wiped so I wasn’t able to reset it or login without a password that I didn’t have. The seller was very helpful with sending me a replacement that works flawlessly and again expedited the shipping.

I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Renewed) with 256GB storage, i7 processor, and 16GB RAM and had a generally positive experience, though with some caveats.Pros:First, the condition of the device was impressive. As a renewed product, it looked and felt practically new. The 12.3-inch touchscreen is vibrant, responsive, and works well for both productivity and entertainment. The i7 processor and 16GB of RAM ensure smooth performance, even when handling demanding tasks like multitasking and running multiple apps simultaneously. For my daily work needs, the Surface Pro 7 provided solid reliability.The Windows 10 Pro system is easy to navigate, and the portability of the device is perfect for those who need a lightweight but powerful tablet/laptop hybrid. It's excellent for both work and leisure, especially with the sharp display and excellent touch functionality. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was stable, and the overall build quality was top-notch.Cons:Unfortunately, I did run into a significant issue with this device. Upon arrival, I noticed that the battery charging did not work. Despite trying several charging cables and outlets, it would not charge beyond a certain point, which was quite frustrating, especially for a device that’s supposed to be fully functional.However, I must commend the return process. The seller made it easy to return the product and issue a full refund, which was a relief. It’s reassuring to know that purchasing a renewed product doesn’t come with a high risk, as the return process was seamless and quick.Overall: While the product itself was in great condition for being refurbished, the battery charging issue was a deal-breaker. Thankfully, the excellent return and refund policy meant that I wasn’t stuck with a faulty device. I’m still interested in purchasing a replacement, but this experience showed me that buying renewed products can come with risks, even if the overall condition seems good.

Got this in July to replace an old sufrace. Just had the opportunity to try and set it up. There is a strip of 2cm across the length of the bottom that does not accept touch input. Its HW, not software so this surface is DoA
