I used the amFilm screen protector on my original Nintendo Switch and it worked great. This one for the Nintendo Switch 2 is equally great. The screen protector goes on super easy with the installation tray. I didn't even have any bubbles to smooth out afterwards. It comes with a dust sticker that covers the entire Switch 2 screen, which is a nice touch. It also comes with smaller dust stickers if you prefer.After installation, I can't even tell there's a screen protector on the Nintendo Switch 2. The screen is just as clear and just as responsive. There are no gaps.Unfortunately, I did get the smallest speck of dust stuck underneath. I only noticed it because I was looking very carefully. It's not noticeable during game play and I can't see it with the screen off unless I'm looking for it. This is no fault of the installation process. The only way to guarantee no dust is to use one of those trays where you pull the plastic off as the tray is on the device. However, this introduces bubbles that can be difficult to remove, but do eventually go away.

When I first purchased this, I ran into a lot of issues. The auto-alignment wasn’t lining up properly, I kept getting air bubbles, and the whole process was honestly super frustrating and stressful. I really thought I had wasted my money.I decided to reach out to the company via email, and they responded so kindly. They took the time to help me and even sent me a replacement, which I’m incredibly grateful for. It really shows how much they care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and that level of customer service is rare these days.When I tried again with the replacement, everything worked perfectly. The screen protector looks amazing on my Switch 2—it’s super clear, glossy, and feels smooth to the touch. It honestly feels like I’m not even using a screen protector a bit haha.I can confidently say I 100% recommend both the product and the company. They truly stand behind what they sell, and that gives me a lot of trust in them. Sometimes things don’t work out the first time, but it’s how a company handles it that really matters—and they handled it perfectly. 10/10

This was fairly easy to install and comes with everything you need - wet cloth, dry cloth, dust removal stickers, and a frame to apply the protector. It comes with 2 screens in case you mess up the first attempt. The frames make it much easier to install than some other protectors I’ve used in the past.If you’re worried about installation, here’s what worked for me:Clear and clean a flat work area. Ideally a bathroom countertop.Run a hot shower to humidify the room and get dust out of the air. Turn off the shower and let the room dry out some before you bring your switch.Be careful when opening the box and its inner baggies. These can be a source of dust. Open everything away from your work area/switch screen.Scan the QR code if you’re unclear on the application process. It will take you to a helpful video.When peeling the blue film off the frame, make sure the adhesive side of the protector is facing down. Or in other words, orient it the way you would for application before you peel the film. This will reduce the chance of dust landing on it moments before installation.

You definitely need tempered glass protectors on devices with touch screens (as opposed to plastic film protectors) and amFilm makes the best and consumer friendliest protectors, in my opinion. I've been using them for years on my other game consoles (Switch 1 & Switch 1 OLED).Putting these on my Switch 2 was incredibly easy and having two in the pack saved me because I messed up my first application (entirely my fault, I forgot to rub the center in a vertical line FIRST and THEN work my way towards the left and right sides of the screen). The two screen protectors each come with a plastic alignment tool that fits over the Switch 2 screen and makes certain that you're not applying the screen protector crooked. The pack also comes with 2 wet wipes, 2 dust cloths, 2 small dust sticker sheets (x5 small stickers each IIRC), & 2 huge dust stickers that each cover the entire Switch 2 screen. I never had to worry about dust getting trapped with so many dust stickers included and it was easy to avoid bubbles as long as you rub down the center and work your way across to each side like I said before. My Switch 2 screen with the protector on it looks beautiful and I feel good not having to worry about scratches or dirt getting on it. I highly recommend amFilm, especially after they've once again made protecting my stuff so easy.

Update: their support team contacted me and sent me a free replacement, which is very much appreciated! On this second attempt, I had someone else try who has steadier hands and better eyes than I, just to rule out the human error of it as much as possible.We ended up using both, as the first one left a very noticeable bubble on the left side of the screen. The second however worked pretty well. The only downside I think is that because the sides of the screen protector are left unprotected by the plastic cover, it allows for air bubbles and fibers to stick around (which honestly, I find worse than having no screen protector). I'll live with the results of this second go around hahaOriginal review: Bought this and figured it was worth a shot, and to their credit, the accessories are on point. The tray is easy to use, the screen cleaning packs to remove dust are great.However, it sadly fell short of expectations as both ended having very noticeable air bubbles that didn't buff out. This of course could be user error, but having followed the instructions to a T and having it not work both times? Ended up being a waste of cash.
