Fruit of the LoomMens Original Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Bought for a gift, inexpensive and well received

Brand words like 'Original' and 'Valueweight' reveal nothing, so I bought one of each. There's little difference, but (counterintuitively) Original is slightly lighter and shrinks slightly more after washing than Valueweight. They certainly aren't oversized, so if in doubt buy the larger of your 2 options. The fabric is quite strong verging on coarse, so it should keep its shape and be OK to sleep in. By contrast Peacocks long sleeved are much softer and stretchier - very comfortable but if you sleep in them they might go out of shape.

I never tend to order clothes off the internet due to sizing, misfits and low quality...but these are my go-to every time I go for a long sleeve black t-shirt.Fits 100% according to sizing.

It's weird, I've bought four or five FOL t-shirts over the years and they're all of varying quality, size and fabric thickness. This is the second I've bought this year, and the material is very thin, almost see-through. The shape and size are fine- and for the price, I guess it's fine - but the material is pretty questionable, almost feels synthetic, and not sure how it's going to hold up to a wash. Will keep it to wear as a summer T, if we're lucky enough to get any sun.
