After using a regular hose end nozzle and spraying water everywhere I didn’t want to, using this sprayer is a joy. The on-off valve and the flow valve can be used one-handed and work great. It’s easy to control the spray when cleaning around the face which really helps. It seems kinda pricey, but after you use it you will be happy with your purchase. We have been using it for about a year now and it still functions like new.

I was able to give both my large dog and puppy a shower without getting wet. The water guard definitely works as described. The on/off switch is easy to use. No leaks. Exactly what I was looking for to use with a mini water heater to wash the dogs outside.

The controls are good but the connection to the hose is leaky despite the gasket, I get soaked. My dog prefers it over other sprayers.

I like the device as it is easy to use, quick shutoff, and an ability to control the pressure of water on the pet's coat. The only improvement would be a swivel as my hose works against me in maneuvering under the dog's legs. Maybe it will work better with the cloth type hose versus vinyl.

This screws easily and securely onto my hose and it allows me to give my dog a more thorough shower outside. My dog doesn’t like a super hard spray so this is perfect for him - has enough water pressure to get the job done, but not so much that it scares him. The silicone brush is both flexible and sturdy without being too stiff, making it easy to get all of the grime out of my dog’s fur. I usually need to drag the hose around to different areas in the yard while hosing my dog down to avoid creating a big mud puddle, but since this controls and directs the water flow to go exactly where I want it, I’m able to stand in one spot. Being able to have the brush and water together in one hand, rather than holding a brush in one hand and the hose in the other, makes the job so much easier and quicker.

I returned because it was too large and too heavy for me. This might be just fine for someone else

I have an 200 lb Great Dane who does not like to be bothered with bathing. With this product he actually enjoyed it. The spray and the the fact that he gets a message with his bath made it so much easier

I have two very large dogs.. a 95# German Shepherd and a 70# Golden Retriever. This is very easy to hold while bathing them and so easy to operate!!! One hand can hold the collar (if they hate baths like my golden does) and the other hand can completely control it! I love how I can switch it off and on with my thumb and the silicone bristles massages their coat to help with rinsing the undercoat out completely!!! This is a MUST if you have a doubled coated pup that you bathe at home!
