I use this product in soups or stews, and also add cayenne pepper and a bit of lemon - adds a great flavor to chicken noodle soup, or homemade vegetable soup. The product came in bubble wrap, which is important. Other vendors pack correctly or answer, so buy from this one.

I bought this product because it was supposed to be dairy free. Guess what the first ingredient is-MILK.It is not dairy free as advertised.
