Yummy. Love wrights mixes
Yummy! Always get good results with wrights. Very easy. Don’t need to add much else to create a lush cake. I mixed in some crystallised ginger. Sooo nice. Cooked in loaf tin and it lasted well for a few days, didn’t dry out. Really tasty.

Delicious , especially if you replace the oil with butter , then it has a great flavour and isn’t so squishy .

Easy easy to make up and bake. Add a few more pieces of crystallised ginger and you have a dish fit for a King. Does exactly what it says on the packet.
