Saw a few reviews talking about it being smaller so I included a picture. Not sure if they have bigger heads or were sent a different product but this very much covers most of my face, just like the picture. I've used it frozen, cold from the fridge, and warmed in the microwave. It performs as expected. The cloth cover is comfortable and soft. It is a pain in the ass to get onto the mask, which is my only complaint about the product. I've been able to just leave it on the mask when I put it into the fridge or microwave and it's just fine. The freezer is a different story, but that's to be expected. The gel also does indeed stay somewhat pliable, which was a nice surprise to me. I can Velcro the mask nice and tight and it curves perfectly around my face without issue.As far as how long it stays cold/hot: From the freezer, I found it easily stayed cold for the 15 mins I use it for. Same goes for from the fridge. Honestly, I have started keeping it in the fridge as the freezer is just too cold for me (temp sensitivities), but the fridge is perfect and it accomplishes what I need. For heat, I only use that for 5 mins and it stays warm just fine. Putting it on for 30 secs total (5 secs at a time per instructions) seems to be a good butter zone. Only 5 or 10 secs more made it far too hot for me. It does seem to cool a bit faster with only 30 secs, but again, it lasts the 5 mins I need it for.Wasn't a fan of adding in the smaller pads. I noticed a lot of other migraine users mentioning how it got deeper into the eye socket. For me, even without it I can feel the cold in there, and the added pads were uncomfortable. But, certainly worth trying. I still get use out of them keeping them in the freezer for any bumps and scraps someone gets.Overall, this mask is exactly what I needed and then some. It's been perfect for migraines and eye strain. It's comfy, lasts for what I need, and seems very well made and designed. Would fully recommend.

I got this before eye surgery.This is much more comfortable than a one size fits all regular ice pack, adjusts easily to accommodate my nose.It works great! The fuzzy side is comfortable and it doesn’t freeze too cold. The cold temperature is just right. I have another brand that gets too cold and it has to sit before I can use it.My daughter has been using it for her migraines and is very pleased with the results.My only issue, I have a very large head and the Velcro strap is a bit short for me

Works very well after getting it out of the freezer. I wish it lasted cold a little longer.

I had upper eye lid surgery. These are so comfortable and easy to use, it's amazing. They have two separate disks with a pouch so it's not too cold on the eyes . Than you use the wrap which has a Velcro strap on the back for east adjustment . this is also frozen, These are the Best for any kind of swollen eyes surroundings. The cost is well worth it.Thank you

It works cold but not warm. Ideally for icing feel. I tried using hot water to warm it. It won’t work

I had cosmetic eye surgery and was required to apply ice for several days. This was perfect. Held cold temperature for 20 minutes.

I had a blepharoplasty on my eyelids and this mask is the best of the best. The quality is great... the actual mask wraps around and secures as tight as you would like-which helps with the compression of the cold onto the tissue to reduce swelling. The little extra eye pads are perfect to really get the cold into the orbital area to reduce swelling after eyelid surgery as well. Last but not least, the black cover that comes with the pack feels so soft on my skin and delicate eye area. 10/10 rating from a nurse who had a surgical procedure. 👍🏼
