This is the best option for dry mouth during sleeping that I've found. Mouth wash does not last as long, lozenges (from various brands) are too sweet and does not melt if you don't play with it. This has a very very subtle sweetness just so it is bearable, but is not too strong. It sticks to your gum line quite well and provides "timed release" effectiveness.

Perfect relief from dry mouth. So easy to use as it adheres to your mouth. You can put one in and go to sleep without fear of it coming loose and causing accidental choking. It is effective in keeping your mouth lubricated and decreases the risk of tooth decay which leads to more serious health problems. So comfortable , you will forget you have it in. It’s affordable, you can keep them with you wherever you go. Definitely worth the money. Each one last 7-8 hours ensuring a good nights sleep.

I have tried a couple different dry mouth products but these are far superior. These stick to your gums and slowly dissolve (and I mean slowly) to stimulate saliva. I pop 2 of these in before bed (one on each side of my mouth) and I don’t wake up with a super dry mouth in the middle of the night anymore. They stick to your gums so well you also don’t have to worry about choking on them in your sleep. They really make a difference. I just ordered a 100 pack. These do taste slightly sweet but they are sugar-free. I also want to point out that you can unstick them and stick them back in if you decide you need a snack or whatever during the hours it takes for these things to dissolve. I’ve done it many times! Great product.

I've been using these at night, one on each side of my mouth. I have bad allergies + dry mouth so in the morning, my mouth typically feels like chalk. These melts help tremendously. When I wake up, my mouth is just a little bit sticky. Occasionally it's even...normal? It's been so many years I don't have a measure of "normal".If you have a small mouth, these are a little uncomfortable no matter where you place them. They may irritate your gums if you put them too close to the front of your mouth. On occasion the adhesive takes a bit longer to stick. Once it's sticking, though, it lasts all night.They don't have too much taste. Very, very lightly minty sweet. They seem to work best on your upper jaw so the xylitol can trickle down to your tongue and help trigger the production of saliva.I use these at night, two or three Biotene lozenges during the day, and it's sweet relief.

My dentist gave me some samples when I told her I get bad dry mouth from medication I take. These kinda stick to your back tooth so you're not annoyingly rolling it around in your mouth. AND it keeps your saliva flowing like you're not on meds! These are a must have for me now.

I had dry mouth at night so bad that I'd wake up with my tongue sore from sticking to the roof of my mouth, and many of my favorite foods started tasting bad. My doctor asked me why I had lost so much weight and I said because nothing tastes good! He said he had the same problem and recommended this product. It really worked! I probably still have dry mouth, but not so much that my tongue is sore all the time, and food tastes good again! btw, I think the reason my dry mouth got so bad was another doctor over-prescribing vitamin D. I have to take it for my osteoporosis, but I don't need nearly as much as I was taking. I still haven't figured out the optimal amount of vitamin D to take, but this product was a lifesaver!
