Works!
I’ve been using this product for a while. Seems to work . I live in a mfg home in Fla which is prone to critters under the house. I sprinkle around the house 1-2 times a month. So far, so good. I just had my underneath checked for leaks and critters by professional plumber. All good. Note: I wear gloves and a mask when I use. The product can be irritating to your skin and nostrils. I believe that’s why it works as it irrates the animals nose. Smells like hot peppers to me.

Doesn’t phase my racoon
I sprayed (soaked) the wood on the top of my bird feeder and spread the powder all around the base. I couldn’t get the photos of the night visitor hanging dowN eating from the feeder. The one on top is significantly bigger than the one pictured. I get 2 different Racoons each night. One usually stays on the bottom and the others one step over from the house to the top of the structure. The Raccoons fight so the have been coming at different times. I added the stove pipe surround on the posts. I have never seen a racoon go up the post, but I have seen the large one climb down. The bog ome figured out that he could step over from the roof which I have observed. I have not seen the smaller one try that.I soaked. The top boards with the spray but I can’t see any thing different in their behavior. I used the powder version around the base of the strucyure but as you can see the earlier visitor was not discouraged either. The racoons drug the powdered product to the back fence, 50 ft or so, ripped the top completely off the container, apparently attracted to the powder. Then I put the top back on and fixed the snap top and set it on my table in my gazibo. I found it the next day on the ground with the snap portion of the top gone and powder spilled out on the rug in several places. It appears that the powder attracts rather than repels.

Not so effective but helps
I have lots of plants in my balcony and the squirrels are a real nightmare. I tried this product and the first time it didn't work, as you can see in the picture. Then I realized I had to pour more, until my own eyes itch. After one week, more has to be added, it seems the smell fades away and then the squirrels come back. In other words, a lot has to be poured to keep the squirrels out.

No More Critter Crashes: My Garden's Exclusive VIP Party!
Alright, folks, buckle up because I'm about to tell you about the magical, critter-banishing unicorn dust known as Bonide Repels-All Animal Repellent Granules. If my backyard were a nightclub, these granules would be the bouncer, and let me tell you, they don’t let any uninvited guests past the velvet rope! For years, my garden was basically the salad bar at a wildlife rave party—squirrels, rabbits, chipmunks, you name it. If it was fluffy and had a pulse, it was chomping through my petunias like they were going out of style. Enter Repels-All, my knight in granular armor. One month down, and not a single bloody squirrel or its freeloading friends has dared to crash my garden gala. This stuff must be packing some sort of olfactory nightmare that sends these critters packing to therapy. The label says it irritates their nasal passages, and honestly, I imagine it’s like walking into a perfume store and getting blasted by every scent at once. Whatever’s in it, it triggers their "Oh heck no!" instincts. And the animals it repels? It’s like reading Noah’s Ark’s blacklist—squirrels, deer, rabbits, even that skunk that thought my backyard was his personal bachelor pad. Not anymore, Pepe Le Pew!Applying it around my fortress of solitude—aka my suburban homestead—was easier than convincing my dog that the vet isn’t a serial killer. Just sprinkle your magic critter-chasing dust around your gardens, garbage cans, and, unless you’re into live-action Disney movies, your bird feeders.Plus, the stuff is biodegradable! So not only am I keeping Bambi and Thumper out of my veggie patch, but I’m also not hurting the planet. Talk about an eco-friendly guilt-free solution!I’m planning my next sprinkle-down in two months, setting a reminder on my phone and everything. It’s like setting a date to renew an anti-critter restraining order. And believe me, with how peaceful my garden’s been, I might just throw a little sprinkle party with a side of barbecue. So, if you're tired of hosting the Animal Planet after-party in your backyard, get yourself a bag of Bonide Repels-All. It’s like telling all those furry freeloaders, "You SHALL NOT pass!" Go forth and protect your green kingdom, my fellow garden warriors!

Racoon power repellent effectiveness
This treatment is temporary, and I am not sure how effective it is. You need to keep applying it every few days that is not effective and ultimately you would not continue with it.

Did not work against feral cats on my lawn.
We have many cats that cross the front of our house every night. We see them on Ring Cam and a Trail camera. One spot on the lawn is like a community toilet for these cats. They dd not change their habits with a liberal distribution of this product.
