If you like honey, Im sure you will love this . Lovely amber colour and bursting with natural flavour, this honey will add a sweet and deep floral flavour to your food. Great toffee-flavoured honey, love the stuff. Beware of fake honey over on ebay. Some very deceitful East European sellers not weeded out yet. Trading Standards are not interested!

Not impressed. Poor quality.
We compared this product to that of our local beekeeper. The hilltop honey is of vastly inferior quality. It is runnier than the genuine honey, and the taste is no where near. It is very sugary sweet and the flavour does not stay on the palate like the real stuff. We will use as a sugar substitute in cooking but do yourself a favour and search out your local beekeeper.I was hoping the "organic" labelling would mean a quality product but it is simply a blend of non-EU "honeys" that is not up to the job and almost certainly contains sugar syrup.
