Fits me great (thank you to the reviewers on that). Put it on as soon as the mailman brought it. Instant help with pain. Kept it on for 7 hours. When I took it off, shoulder pain returned immediately. Easy to put on and take off. Couldn't be happier.

DO NOT BUY!I ordered the extra large. Can't imagine anyone "extra large" being able to wear this tiny thing! On top of that, this must be one of the most difficult things to put on the human body. If you've got a shoulder injury/problem, you aren't going to get this thing on! Waste of money.

It provides enough support for my shoulder without impairing movement. I bought 3 to use for each pickleball session every week. They get soaked with sweat so you need spares

I used this before I went on my dog walks in the morning. Used it for a about a month. Have a noticeably higher head level when I am walking and it reduced the back pain I was experiencing after days where I was walking over 10 miles. After adjusting my posture using this I don't have the same kind of upper back strain after long walks. Worked better than expected and left lasting results only wearing 2 hours a day for a little over a month.

I think this item is made very well. I wanted to use it for lifting weights but it doesn’t stay in place the way I had hoped. Will keep working with it to see if I can get it to work properly but might need a little tweaking by the manufacturer. At least it is not that expensive.

Yes you will sweat in these, but you shoulders will feel better at the end of the day.
