As someone who has debilitating anxiety and thin nails, it’s nearly impossible for me to grow out my own nails without picking at them or then breaking on their own. But I’m here to tell you that these Biotin gummies have changed the game!! My nails are strong and have grown easily without chipping or breaking. Lordy I don’t know how good these are for my hair but they are bad for my weight! They taste too good and find myself ingesting more than necessary. Beware. As for the health benefits I have no idea if they work or not! If you have self control, go ahead.

After my first pregnancy I had a lot of hair loss which lasted about a year, or a little more. After my second baby was born I started having hair loss (at around 1 month after baby was born) and a friend recommended this supplement to me. I started taking it and noticed the hair loss slowed significantly. Then I ran out and there was about 2 weeks where I did not take it. During that time the large amounts of hair loss came back! Then I got some more and have made sure not to run out again and the hair loss once again slowed. Now I still have some hair loss, but I feel like it’s a normal amount like before I had kids, and I can see some actual regrowth in the worst area of hair loss (my baby is 7 months old, hair growth is shown in the picture). Around 7 months after my first born my hair was still falling out, big time.I will definitely recommend this to my pregnant friends for postpartum in hair loss. I only wish I’d started taking it immediately after my baby was born.Flavor is sweet, like a chewy candy. I’ve been taking it for 6 months twice a day and still not tired of the flavor.

it tasted really good but is expensive compared to alternatives. Makes to eat more than what you need as it is delicious.
