Love this toner
Have been using this for years. I just wash face with a norwex cloth, no soap, then dab this on. Its liquid, not a lotion, but has oils so acts like lotion. Its perfect for my skin. Not oily, or too thick, but moisturizes just enough.

After being in the beauty industry for over 40yrs. I'm familiar skin products. This lotion is my new favorite, it's the perfect consistency, lovely fresh scent & age defying is a plus. At 70, I need all the help I can get!The price is also reasonable.
