For a few years now I have been having gut health issues which gave me symptoms like bloating, stomach aches, etc. I saw somewhere that liquid chlorophyll can help with some of these issues, so I gave it a try. Although I haven't been taking the product for an extremely long time, I do think that it has helped with these issues. The product has almost no taste which I absolutely love because I can put it into everything! As long as you can get past the very dark green color of the product, you would basically not even know it was there! So far, I am really enjoying the liquid chlorophyll.

As a thick girl and working a ten hour shift, it's difficult to keep certain places fresh all day. But after my first 2 days of drinking only a cup a day (I wanted to get my body accustomed to the chlorophyll first) I noticed a significant reduction in my overall body odor and as well as my gut health. I'm not as bloated after meals and it keeps everything regular. Not to mention the overall boost of energy and restful sleep. The taste isn't bad either. I just put the directed amount in a cup of water and drink it. It has a slight minty taste but it still tastes like water. My sister also suggested that I could use it topically as well and it works WONDERS in those problem areas. The only downside I have is that this product is extra strength so it is more concentrated and darker. So you have to be very careful with how you handle the product bc it will stain. So if you are going to use it topically, I would suggest diluting it in a bottle of water first and using a cotton ball or pad to apply to the area. If by any chance you do spill some (like I have several times), I suggest using coconut oil and then soap and water to remove the stain. Other than that, I swear by this product and have made it a staple in my everyday life.

I had been watching reviews on Tiktok about chrophyll was supposed to help you lose weight and give you energy. I took about a month and hadn't really notices too many changes it is green and minty it was easy to take but I definitely recommend mixing it with a juice to mask a bit of the minty taste .

Great product! Easy to use just drop some in water and drink. I carry mine in my lunchbag and drink as directed. I can tell a difference its been a couple weeks. Great for detox and odor control.
