I absolutely love these knifes, I had the old model for years and it’s a great knife , the blade is flexible and holds a good sharpe edge for longer then most of my friends knifes . I love them so much I ordered two more , one 6”one 7” and im still using my old one yet! Best filleting knife ever, best bang for your buck definitely!
