I have been using this since my daughter was an infant and I love the scent. It helps me relax and her as well. We use it every night and now she's 3 and helps spray the room.

From what I can tell it seems to help my LO get some shut eye if she is fighting her sleep. Smell is nice but it doesn’t last long either. I find I have to spray as soon as I am going to put her down for it to work. I can’t spray before I start soothing her or it’ll be gone.

I love this spray! It smells amazing! My kids call it the ni-night spray and it’s become a fun part of our bedtime routine for me to spray a couple sprays into the air. They also like a little spritz on their pillow.

I had been researching things to help my toddler sleep at a reasonable hour. And I didn't want to use any kind of melatonin (he's too young) I found roll on magnesium which seems great too but is pretty pricey, then I found this magic sleepy spray. I spray it all around his pillows and blankets and it calms him enough where he relaxes and falls asleep. 💙
