I very leave a review for anything. I've got better things to do. Buy and use. However, I bought these with hopeful scepticism. I was going to wait until I'd finished the 15 day cycle. Almost 1 week in and I can notice the stubborn hard to move belly/hip flab has started going. I am a very active person and eat the right food apart from the weekend when I treat myself but found the waist line hard to strip back. These 100% work. What to expect. Take before bed, and once your up in the morning you'll be needing the toilet. For me usually after about 15 minutes of being active. I wouldn't go too far from a toilet until you've been a couple of times. Slight stomach cramps for the first couple of days until you've been to the toilet and this settles but keeps you regular. I have IBS and when I find it hard to go that aggravates my haemorrhoids. These capsules have made me be able to go with ease which is helping with the latter too. This is my honest review. Too much B/S from companies to sell their products and I've tried few. These are a fraction of the price of stuff I've tried too. Worth a punt. Good luck 👍

Have found these to be the only things that work for me. I use them more to keep me regular as without them I never go. So take them as required. Have tried pretty much everything to no avail so these are a lifesaver. Work perfectly well overnight. Doesn’t give you an upset stomach all day. Few cramps in the morning before I get up but would highly recommend.

Ordered these to try and was very sceptical. After just one dose I noticed a difference. I took at night and the first few mornings I had some belly cramps, but nothing too severe. I have had four doses now and noticed a huge difference with my bloating, and stubborn belly fat, they really do work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Waste of money

Had very little expectations from the product but keen to keep the system fresh. Would recommend and take the manufacturer’s advice and keep rehydrated.

I had my doubts, but my lord. I took 2 before bed on first day. I woke up with a strange feeling. Then i realised the feeling. It was mr hanky and he was on a mission with space x to leave orbit. Iv never seen so much leave my chocolate star fish in my life.

This is my second time using this, and I've been really happy with the results. I would definitely recommend. It doesn't give you any pain or gripes like some of them can.
