I have used castor oil packs for years. These are so easy! I love that the waist one fastens with buttons so itโs secure and there are no leaks. My daughter used one to dissolve a cyst on her jawline. Would recommend!

this pack contains alot. the tummy/ back one is adjustable and soft to wear. saves the mess of castor oil sticking to your bedding and clothes. It you are a person who uses castor oil this pack will be useful to you. wash before use.as instructed. well made soft material. not uncomfortable. i have used it a couple of times now. great for making poultices for your body
