I absolutely love Dr.Berg! He is a fantastic source of information and his supplements are top quality ingredients. I feel so good now! I was so tired everyday by like 11am and I was having a hard time functioning. But after starting up taking this B complex I feel energized everday and can definitely feel the difference if I run out or forget to take it. Most supplements smell so don't do that lol. Easy to swallow the capsule, not big at all.

dr berg makes some good quality supplements. this one is super good. Been taking for a week or two so just kinda started.

I love Dr. Berg‘s vitamin compounds. They are the only natural vitamins I have found. His vitamin D formula was the only thing that got my level above 20 in spite of supplementing for two years at different strengths. Evidently the problem was with my low stomach acid.
