A friend living in Switzerland recommended this cleanse to me. I had never done one before but wanted to break some bad eating habits and lose 4-5 lbs. I am on day 7 and am feeling great! The instructions are easy to follow and everything is provided in the kit (except the food). The first two days were the hardest and the aloe vera drink tastes horrible but once you get past that and your body acclimates then it is easy with a little willpower. I was worried about not having coffee but switched to green tea and that has helped me from getting headaches. I am proud of myself and motivated with the results I have already seen. If you are considering this product, I would highly endorse it and encourage you to GO FOR IT!

Amazing product. If you are not committed it won't work. I finished day 6 and I feel great. I didn't buy this to loose weight (but I am 6 lbs lighter) I got it to get rid of all the unnecessary things in my body before I start a diet and attempt to loose weight! The aloe gel does taste bad but you are basically drinking pure aloe. But once you get to day 3 you'll be fine because you'll only have to drink it in the morning. Overall this is a great product to get you ready for a healthier lifestyle.

I have received the product all in good condition, except it didnt have the pamphlet guide which sucks because I am a pen and paper person and writing my progress and plan would have been more satisfactory for me to do than doing it in the app. Now I have to print it myself. Not a big deal for the majority, but a bummer for me.

Dont know how to use the product because there is no instructions (no booklet included)And cannot return or replace

The taste is ok. It didn't bother me.I did this cleansing 4 years ago and lost 10 lb in that week and 10 lb more in next month. Had to lose only 20lb then.This time I lost 10 lb, working on next 10 lb.Last time had a problem with alergies, coudn't find the right medicine to cure it. Somehow after this cleansing allergies no longer appeared.Had some problems with my period. Had it like 2-3 times a month. It almost didn't stoped. My doctor didn't find the problem. I was taking medicine and it didn't help.Somehow after the cleansing my menstrual sycle got in place.This time I had to lose some weight and had some problems with my period again, for like 2 months. I didn't wait the problem to get bigger. Bought this package and a month after cleansing, my problem solved again.

I add a little unsweetened lemonade powder to the aloe drink to give it some taste... first day is the hardest then you get used to it and the weight melts off... on day 5 now.

6 years ago I tried this product and in three months lost 37.4lbs. then had Cancer. Trying to be the new me after all these years. Just as expected all the items are in the box.

I not see instructions how are used
